Simply put: You are too busy and you are focused on the wrong thing ...working IN your business rather than working ON your business.

I know that you have probably heard this before, and you may even consider this to be a cliche ....but that does not make it any less true!

The goal is to replace yourself within the daily operations of your business. At this point you will have an actual business asset ...one that you can then focus on growing and scaling to where it is truly valuable.
